TO1 – Sdružená spodní vstupní-výstupní armatura je rozšiřující příslušenství CCT-M modulárních cylindrokónických tanků. Obsahuje dvě trubky s hrdly TriClamp DN25-DN50 podle objemu tanku, které jsou navařené v disku, montovaném na spodní závitové hrdlo tanku :
- Produktová trubka – je určená pro plnění tanku produktem a vypouštění čistého produktu, který je nasáván nad hladinou sedliny kvasnic. Délku trubky si může zákazník nastavit podle výšky hladiny kvasnic v tanku. Vyrábíme ve 2 variantách – s fixní a variabilní produktovou trubkou.
- Odkalovací trubka – je zaústěná do samého dna tanku, slouží k vypuštění celého obsahu tanku (kalů), případně k odpouštění použitých kvasnic ze dna tanku k dalšímu použití.
Armatura TO1 se montuje na základní tank do spodního hrdla základního tanku na závitové hrdlo mlékárenského šroubení DN125 – DN150 . Volitelně můžeme dodat základní tank a armaturu v provedení TriClamp DN125, DN150 nebo DN200.
Spodní sdružená napouštěcí/vypouštěcí armatura fixní a variabilní
U všech variant tanků CCT-M je možné vybrat si mezi pevnou (nesegmentovanou) a variabilní (segmentovanou) spodní sdruženou napouštěcí/vypouštěcí odkalovací armaturou – rozšiřující komponenta označená TO1.
Pevná spodní sdružená napouštěcí/vypouštěcí armatura TO1FIX – trubka pro vypouštění čistého produktu má pevnou výšku, kterou si může zákazník přizůsobit jejím zkrácením (uříznutím) na individuálně požadovanou délku – podle množství kvasnic, které se obvykle v daném pivovaru nebo cidérce přidává do tanků. Standardní výbava tanků CCT-M v konfiguracích A1, A2, A3, B1. Volitelná výbava tanků v konfiguraci B2.
Variabilní spodní sdružená napouštěcí/vypouštěcí armatura TO1VAR – trubka pro vypouštění čistého produktu je segmentovaná a její výšku je možné libovolně měnit pouhou změnou počtu segmentů – zákazník tak může u každého tanku snadno nastavit výšku sání čistého produktu nad hladinou kvasnic podle aktuální potřeby. Standardní výbava tanků CCT-M v konfiguraci B2 . Volitelná výbava tanků v konfiguracích A1, A2, A3, B1.
Volbou počtu segmentů produktové trubky je možné optimálně využít maximální možný objem produktu v závislosti na aktuálním množství kvasnic v tanku. To přispívá k eliminaci výtrat piva, ke kterým dochází u jiných tanků klasické koncepce tím, že nelze odebrat z tanku pivo pod úrovní nasávacího hrdla produktové armatury.
